Mark Congdon

Mark Congdon is an experienced manufacturing manager with a strong background in high-volume production environments. Currently serving as Manufacturing Manager for the IMH Group at The Lee Company since April 2017, Mark leads a team of 12 employees and is responsible for setting production schedules to meet customer demands. Previously, as Plant Manager at BODYCOTE THERMAL PROCESSING INC, Mark directed production activities, ensuring timely shipment and high-quality standards. Mark's extensive tenure at 3M Purification included roles as Sr Laboratory Technologist and Sr Engineering Technologist, where contributions led to significant improvements in production efficiency and cost savings. Mark's leadership throughout various manufacturing roles has consistently focused on promoting lean processes and operational excellence.
