Jennifer Y. Lewis has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in the legal and non-profit sectors. Jennifer Y. started their career as an Office Manager at The Legal Aid Society of New York City in 1998 and held this role until 2010. In this position, they provided supervision and leadership to support staff personnel and managed a satellite office location.

In 2011, Jennifer founded and became the Executive Program Director of Young Parent Mentoring Plus, an organization that helps young parents overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
