Katherine A. Rocco

Katherine A. Rocco is a distinguished legal professional currently serving as Partner and Co-Chair of the New York Litigation & Trial Department at Latham & Watkins since April 2022, and also holds the position of Partner in Antitrust. With extensive experience in the legal field, Rocco has been a Board Member for the New Leadership Program at The Legal Aid Society of NYC since December 2015. Prior to Latham & Watkins, Rocco was a Partner in Antitrust & Competition at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from September 2016 to April 2022, and worked as a Litigation Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from October 2009 to August 2016. Rocco contributed to the New York City Bar Association as a member of the Civil Rights Committee from September 2010 to June 2018, and gained early experience as a Legal Intern at Warner Music Group and as a Summer Associate and Intern at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and The White House, respectively. Rocco earned a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Affairs from The George Washington University.
