Kira B. M.

Kira B. M. currently serves as the Deputy Director of Program Development & Evaluation at The Legal Aid Society since September 2023. Previously, Kira held several positions at the International Rescue Committee, including Strategy Coordinator and Project Advisor within the Measurement Unit, where responsibilities involved designing data collection tools, coordinating workshops, and synthesizing insights from stakeholder engagements. Kira has also gained experience in managing HR operations for a large workforce, providing social services for unaccompanied minors, and conducting research on refugee policies. Kira's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in International & Comparative Studies and Latin American & Caribbean Studies from the University of Michigan.
