Mike Yaghmai

Mike Yaghmai is a legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and marketing law. Currently serving as Director & Associate General Counsel at Meta since January 2019, Mike oversees the company's brands and marketing legal functions. As an Instructor & Leadership Coach at Braven since August 2024, Mike teaches leadership and career development courses for students. Additionally, Mike holds the position of Regional Chair for The Legal Mentor Network, which connects law students and recent graduates with mentors. Previous roles include serving as Director & Associate General Counsel at Facebook and business unit general counsel at eBay. Mike's legal career began at Wildman Harrold and Howrey LLP, with an early position at DePaul University Office of General Counsel. Mike holds a JD from DePaul University College of Law and a BA in Political Science from San Jose State University.
