Crispin Passmore

Crispin Passmore is an experienced consultant specializing in the UK and US legal markets, currently serving as a Fund Advisor at The LegalTech Fund. As the Founder and Managing Director of Passmore Consulting since December 2018, Crispin has worked with law firms, legal businesses, private equity firms, and regulators. Previous roles include Non-Executive Council Member and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at the General Dental Council, Non-Executive Director and Chair at Citizen, and Executive Director at the Solicitors Regulation Authority, where Crispin led a significant regulatory reform program. Additional experience includes serving as Strategy Director at the Legal Services Board and Policy Director at the Legal Services Commission. Crispin holds a First Class BA (Hons) in History & Sociology from the University of Warwick.
