Holly Fulkerson Jd

Holly Fulkerson, JD, currently serves as Assistant Legal Counsel for The Legislature of the Virgin Islands since November 2022 and has held the position of VAWA Project Director at Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Inc. since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as an Indigent Defense Attorney at Strop Law Offices from May 2018 to October 2019 and as a Compliance Coordinator for Dean Health Plan, Inc. from March 2015 to May 2016. Holly's legal career began as a Litigation Attorney for the State of Wisconsin, where responsibilities included serving as a Financial Crimes Prosecutor from February 2005 to September 2011. Additional experience includes service as a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force from June 1987 to June 1992. Holly holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and dual Bachelor's degrees in Reading and Writing in the Human Sciences and Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
