Antara Atrey

Antara Atrey serves as the Manager of Social Responsibility at the LEGO Group since September 2021, where responsibilities include driving global initiatives that align business objectives with community impact across over 30 markets. Previously, Antara held mentorship roles in Diversity and Inclusion for senior leadership and an MBA Summer Internship with The Global Development Incubator, focusing on increasing distribution of assistive technology in low- and middle-income countries. Antara's experience also includes a Project Manager role at the World Food Programme, managing a digital beneficiary management platform, and roles at Bain & Company, providing analytical support across various sectors. Antara holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from St. Xavier's College.
