Aske Fayaz Persson

Aske Fayaz Persson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting, business optimization, and leadership development. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Business Optimization and Processes at the LEGO Group since August 2022, Aske has also held the position of Transformation Manager. Prior roles include Management Consultant at Salling Group and Konsulent at Danmarks Idrætsforbund, contributing significantly to leadership competence development and strategic processes. Aske's career began with Mobilize Strategy Consulting as a Junior Consultant and an academic internship at Region Hovedstaden.
