Carlo Cavallone currently serves as the Vice President Creative at the LEGO Group, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Carlo was with 72andSunny for over thirteen years, culminating as the Global Chief Creative Officer - Partner, overseeing all accounts. Previous experience includes significant positions at Wieden + Kennedy, where Carlo worked as a CD/Writer on high-profile brands such as Nike and Coca-Cola, as well as at Leo Burnett Milan, Bozell/FCB, and Glenat Publishing in various creative and editorial capacities. Carlo holds a degree with honors in History of Theatre/Humanities from Universita Statale di Milano and additionally studied Film at NYU - Tisch School.
