Carlota Perona

Carlota Perona currently serves as a Global Trading Optimisation Analyst at the LEGO Group, having started in January 2024. Prior to this role, Carlota held various positions at Cheil UK from April 2022 to January 2024, including Senior Digital Insight & Data Analyst and Digital Insight & Data Analyst, focusing on consumer trends for Samsung’s portfolio. Experience with Amazon from April 2021 to April 2022 included the role of Tech Launch Coordinator for physical stores, overseeing the deployment of innovative technology, as well as Logistics Scheduler, managing routing strategies across multiple European countries. Carlota's career began at Vueling Airlines, progressing from a Recruiting & Inflight Services Internship to positions such as Manpower Administrative, Manpower Senior Technician, and Strategy and Business Development Analyst, where responsibilities included manpower planning and crew scheduling. Carlota holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and completed an Agile Project Management & Scrum Course at La Salle BCN in 2020.
