Carol Trang

Carol Trang currently serves as the Community Lead for LEGO® GAME, Play & Creator Growth at the LEGO Group since March 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Global Lead for Community at TikTok, where Carol focused on building the community for TikTok Effect House and supporting the AR developer and creator ecosystem. As Head of Community at Dapper Labs, leadership in community and marketing for the Flow blockchain was established, engaging with the web3 ecosystem across various sectors. Additional roles include managing community channels at Unity and coordinating tech events at CloudOps. Carol's earlier positions involved writing and community management in the gaming sector, as well as project management and public relations in creative industries. Carol holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design from Concordia University and a DEC in Pure & Applied Sciences from Dawson College.
