Caroline Boydens

Caroline Boydens has extensive experience in revenue management and customer development, currently serving as the Head of Revenue Management for Western Europe at the LEGO Group since September 2016. Previous roles at the LEGO Group include Western Europe Senior Customer Development Manager and Head of Customer Development for Benelux. Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Caroline held key account management positions at Ferrero from August 2011 to August 2016, including Key Account Manager and Management Trainee. Early career experience includes an internship in network management and market intelligence at HSBC Bank Plc in 2011. Caroline holds an Advanced Master in Global Management from Antwerp Management School and a Master's degree in Social Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp.
