Conor Hayes

Conor Hayes currently serves as an Additive Manufacturing Manager Specialist at the LEGO Group, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Conor held various roles at Stripe from December 2019 to March 2024, including Engineering Program Manager (Hardware Design) and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed leading industrial design and mechanical engineering for payment terminal devices and managing cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. Earlier experience includes a tenure at CISD as Product Design/AM Manager and Senior Design Engineer, managing product development and additive manufacturing projects for diverse clients. Conor also contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer in Product Design Engineering at Athlone Institute of Technology and has held positions in various engineering and technical roles across different companies since 1999. Conor's academic background includes an MSc in Polymer Engineering and several engineering degrees from Technological University of the Shannon and Munster Technological University.
