Dominic Sander

Dominic Sander is a seasoned professional in product development and brand licensing, currently serving as the Brand Licensing Manager at the LEGO Group since July 2023. Previously, Dominic held the position of Hardlines Product Development Manager at Moonbug Entertainment from November 2021 to July 2023, and worked at Paramount from August 2018 to November 2021 as a Product Development Designer and Coordinator, focusing on the design and development of diverse consumer products. Early experience includes a Product Development Internship at Paramount from June 2016 to June 2017, where responsibilities included product design and competitor analysis for Nickelodeon and MTV. Additionally, Dominic represented over 1500 students as the Cardiff School of Art and Design Representative at Cardiff Metropolitan University Students' Union. Dominic holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design from Cardiff Metropolitan University, completed in 2018.
