Ella Baz

Ella Baz is currently the Net Zero Delivery & Energy Decarbonisation Manager at the LEGO Group since May 2025. Previously, as a Global Climate Analyst at Aesop from September 2023 to May 2025, Ella managed corporate greenhouse gas inventories and facilitated stakeholder engagement to enhance data quality and achieve carbon reduction goals. Ella served as a Senior Analyst at Anthesis Group from October 2020 to August 2023, leading projects in greenhouse gas inventories, Scope 3 analytics, lifecycle assessments, and carbon reduction strategies for various sectors. Prior experience includes an Analyst role at NatureBank, where Ella worked on life cycle assessments and clean technology projects, and internships at the International Council on Clean Transportation and Metabolic. Ella holds a Master of Science in Industrial Ecology from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from the University of Bristol.
