As Director of Global Community Management and Moderation, and previously as Director of Brand Relations for Western Europe, Emily has developed impactful communication strategies that enhance brand engagement across social media, influencer partnerships, and events. Notable achievements include significantly increasing social media reach and engagement for LEGO's preschool themes, managing cross-functional teams, and fostering collaboration with global markets. Before joining the LEGO Group, Emily held roles at BOTTLE PR, where responsibilities included planning social media strategies and managing client campaigns for notable brands. Emily holds a BA Hons in Communication, Media & Culture from Oxford Brookes University.
