Jen Lewis-Strevens

Jen Lewis-Strevens is an accomplished senior director currently leading Learning, Development, and Operations at the LEGO Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, extensive experience at NatWest Group included serving as Head of Organisation and Workforce Design, where responsibilities encompassed strategic workforce design and organizational structure.
