Karra McCormack

Karra McCormack is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at LEGO Group, Karra has previously held positions such as Director HR Strategic Business Partner & Executive Recruitment and Senior Global Manager. Prior to this, Karra worked at The Hartford, where roles included Director of Talent Acquisition and Management, as well as Staffing Manager for Talent Acquisition & Management. Karra holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Counseling from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Central Connecticut State University.
