Katya Kolchina

Katya Kolchina (Romadina) is a strategic partner in digital technology at the LEGO Group, leading 1800 digital colleagues since January 2023. Previously, Katya served as executive director and head of the AI Transformation Office in retail banking at Sberbank from February 2020 to April 2022, where significant advancements included a comprehensive retail AI strategy and recognition for leadership in AI maturity. Prior experiences include deputy CEO and chief of staff at Papa John's International, where Katya was the youngest nominee in Forbes 30 under 30 for General Management and successfully led market expansion efforts in Germany. Early career roles include head of the Project Management Office at Letovo School and fellow associate at McKinsey & Company, with a diverse background in consulting and analysis. Katya holds a Master's degree from London Business School and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Finance from The London School of Economics and Higher School of Economics.
