Lucie Heidar is an experienced procurement professional with a robust background in optimizing sourcing processes and managing supplier relations across various industries. Currently serving as a Procurement Transformation Manager at the LEGO Group since March 2020, Lucie focuses on procurement process optimization and change management. Previous roles include Global Procurement Manager for Media & PR at Henkel, where Lucie oversaw a significant supplier base and achieved substantial cost reductions, and Regional Procurement Manager for IMEA at Henkel, achieving significant savings through strategic supplier management.
