My-Linh Debonis

My-Linh DeBonis is a Business Analytics Manager at the LEGO Group since October 2025, bringing extensive experience in analytics and planning from previous roles. Prior positions include Associate Customer Planning Manager for Glad and Kingsford at The Clorox Company, and Senior Sales Planning Analyst. My-Linh has also served as a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance Logistics at The TJX Companies, Inc. and worked at PwC in various capacities, including Core Assurance Experienced Associate and Assurance Intern. Prior experience includes a Tax Internship at Syneron Candela, a Campus Ambassador role at Becker Professional Education, and a Marketing Analytics Internship at Sproutward. My-Linh holds a Bachelor of Science degree with dual concentrations in Accounting and Business Analytics from Babson College, obtained in 2019. While at Bombas, My-Linh was the Chief Executive Ambassador, promoting social initiatives and engaging in community volunteer work.
