Niels B. Christiansen

Niels B. Christiansen is Chief Executive Officer of the family-owned and privately held LEGO Group – one of the world’s leading manufacturers of play materials, and whose mission is to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow. Niels joined the LEGO Group as Chief Executive Officer in October 2017.

Niels has vast experience leading large global high-tech companies and creating growth in established and new markets. Before joining the LEGO Group, he was CEO of Danfoss A/S and CEO of GN Netcom. Niels has also held leading positions at GN Store Nord, Hilti Corporation in Switzerland, and McKinsey & Company.

Niels holds various board positions. He is Chairman of the Board of William Demant Holding and a member of the Board of Directors of A. P. Møller-Mærsk.
