Raphael Schlichting

Raphael Schlichting currently serves as the Director of Additive Design & Manufacturing – Technology Maturing & Analytics at the LEGO Group, where leadership of the Technology Maturing & Analytics team focuses on advancing additive manufacturing technologies for industrial implementation. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Manager and Product Owner in Additive Design & Manufacturing R&D, along with various positions in technology innovation within the same field. Earlier career experiences include internships at Miele & Cie. KG and Volkswagen Group China, and a bachelor thesis with Autoliv. Raphael Schlichting holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, both from Paderborn University.
