Rodrigo Zeppini

Rodrigo Zeppini is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and project delivery. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at the LEGO Group since August 2022, Rodrigo previously held senior roles at Unity Technologies as a Senior Technical Program Manager and at Tradeshift as a Senior Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Prior experience includes positions at Playtech, GFT, Portugal Telecom Inovação, and Nortel Networks, encompassing project management, operations leadership, and software development, with a strong emphasis on Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a technical high school diploma in Electronics from Liceu de Artes e Ofícios de São Paulo.
