Theresa Gallagher Dahl

Theresa Gallagher Dahl is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability, strategy, and transformation. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Sustainable Materials Strategy & Circular Economy at The LEGO Group since January 2016, Theresa also holds the position of Strategy Partner to the COO and has been involved in various strategic roles within the company. Additionally, Theresa serves on the Board of Directors for Virksomhedspsykologerne A/S and previously worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Early career experience includes consulting roles at Telenor DK, where Theresa contributed to business transformation initiatives. Theresa holds a Master of Science in International Marketing & Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Philosophy from Copenhagen Business School, along with additional academic pursuits in Managerial Finance and a M.Sc Exchange Semester.
