Thomas Reinholdt Hansen

Thomas Reinholdt Hansen is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in various senior financial roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Head of Americas Manufacturing Finance and Head of Finance for EMEA Moulding and DUPLO at the LEGO Group, Thomas has a history of driving financial and operational success through strategic decision-making. Prior positions include Head of Finance and Operations at Kansas A/S, CFO at SCADA International, and various leadership roles at the LEGO Group, where responsibilities included overseeing regional finance functions, implementing shared services, and developing growth strategies. Thomas also has experience as Global Business Unit Controller at Sauer-Danfoss and Accounting Manager at Maersk Container Industry. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Strategy, Management, and Finance from Aarhus University.
