Yolanda Maria Lemes Perschke

Yolanda Maria Lemes Perschke is a sustainability project manager at the LEGO Group since September 2023, responsible for developing and executing sustainability initiatives in production with a goal of achieving zero-impact operations. Prior to this role, Yolanda held multiple positions at Aarhus University, including postdoctoral researcher and PhD fellow in Environmental Engineering, focusing on greenhouse gas emissions and mitigation techniques. Earlier experience includes roles as a research student at JENA Bio Projects A/S, student helper positions, and a school teacher in Spanish. Yolanda holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering and a Master's degree in Biotechnology and Chemical Engineering, along with additional qualifications in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, and Chemical Industrial Engineering.
