Industries of focus include niche manufacturing, value added distribution, healthcare (services and technology), metals & mining, business services and technology. We work with business owners helping them to determine whether to sell through markets analysis and valuation services. In addition, we help them navigate the private equity, debt markets and M&A worlds, when they move forward with a proactive process. Our value add includes the identification of prospective buyers or investors, evaluating & vetting these groups, modeling & structuring an appropriate capital transaction, negotiating on the clients behalf, as well as closing in a timely manner. We work with clients across all geographies, predominately in North America. Typical transaction sizes range from $15MM to $300MM in enterprise value, however, for capital raising transactions we will go smaller.
