Jun X. is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as the Vice President of Research Business Development & Scientific Strategy at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society since December 2011. With extensive experience in oncology and immuno-oncology, Jun has conducted due diligence on numerous biotech firms and selected promising clinical development programs, contributing to the success of FDA-approved therapies. Previous roles include leading the Therapy Acceleration Program and managing internal teams at Avon Global R&D, as well as significant contributions at Wyeth/Pfizer and Cadus Pharmaceutical. Jun holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Chemistry from UC San Diego and completed postdoctoral work at Caltech, with a foundational education in Biology from the University of Science and Technology of China.
