Stephanie Carlson

Stephanie Carlson currently serves as Chief of Staff to the President & CEO and Vice President of Athletic Initiatives at The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), where responsibilities include leading athletic initiatives to significantly increase annual fundraising and providing strategic consulting to regional leaders. Since joining LLS in 2013, Stephanie has held several key roles including Senior Executive Director, National Field Director, and Executive Director, each focused on revenue generation, team management, and strategic direction. Prior experience includes Program Director at The CMO Collective and multiple roles at Ecolab, Inc., where achievements include launching an e-Learning program and ranking among the top new business developers. Stephanie holds an Executive MBA from the University of Oregon and a BA in Organizational Communications from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
