Steve Johandes

Steve Johandes is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently, Steve serves as a Board Member for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, an Advisory Board Member for Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, DeWys Manufacturing, and Comfort Research, and is the Founder/CEO of 100X. Additionally, Steve chairs a CEO Peer Group at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., facilitating collaboration among high-performing executives. Steve is also a member of Grand Angels, focusing on mentoring and investment in entrepreneurial talent. Previously, Steve held senior leadership positions at The Empire Company, successfully growing it from $40 million to $400 million in revenue during a nearly 27-year tenure. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Grand Valley State University.
