Michele Gutierrez, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at The Levy Company, LP since June 2018, Michele has previously held positions as Director of Human Resources at Lucifer Lighting and CCC Group, Inc., where the focus included the development and execution of HR strategies and services for large organizations. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at CPS Energy overseeing corporate policies and engagement teams, Assistant Director of HR at Our Lady of the Lake University, and a Human Resources Director position at HCR ManorCare. Michele's career began at HEB Grocery Company, progressing through multiple roles that provided a strong foundation in HR practices. Michele holds a BBA in Management with a focus on HR from The University of Texas at San Antonio.

Working primarily for public entities such as TxDOT, cities and counties, we perform prime as well as subcontract work on the streets and highways of Texas.
