Amy Gedal Douglass

Amy Gedal Douglass, DrPH, is an experienced public health professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Learning, Innovation and Quality at The Lewin Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Amy held positions at The Wallace Foundation as a Senior Research Officer, where research strategies were developed to enhance equity and community well-being, and as a Research Officer at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where Amy was the founding director of the Mental Health Innovation Lab. Academic contributions include teaching at George Washington University and extensive experience managing projects for federal agencies focused on children and families. Amy holds a DrPH from The George Washington University, an MPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a BA from Cornell University.
