Courtney Rajwani

Courtney Rajwani is a seasoned professional in early childhood education and policy development, currently serving as a Managing Consultant for The Lewin Group, focusing on system development and program quality in early childhood programs. Previously, Courtney held various leadership roles within the NYC Department of Education, including Executive Director of Policy Development and Support, overseeing a team responsible for policy setting and support for 2,000 early childhood programs, and Senior Director of Policy, where significant initiatives included redesigning partnership agreements and launching the Head Start program. Courtney’s early career included positions at 82nd Street Academics, contributing to financial management and program implementation, as well as teaching and training roles. Academic qualifications include an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA from Binghamton University.
