Elika Beck

Elika Beck is an accomplished consultant with a strong background in education and policy development. Currently serving as a Consultant at The Lewin Group since June 2021, Elika previously held positions such as Coordinator of Youth & Adult Programs and Associate Educator at Minneapolis Community Education from September 2017 to June 2021. Notable experiences include a Fellowship with New Sector Alliance, serving as a College Coach at College Possible, and participating in policy discussions as an Education Policy Fellow at the Institute for Educational Leadership. Elika's early experiences include an internship with the Minnesota Senate and the US-Norway Fulbright Foundation. Elika holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Education from Carleton College.
