Kathryn Federici

Kathryn Federici is a seasoned manager with extensive experience in overseeing client initiatives and fostering client relationships at The Lewin Group since June 2021, where responsibilities include managing staff and implementing diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion efforts. Prior to this role, Kathryn served as a program manager at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from September 2017 to June 2021, delivering fiscal and programmatic support to substance use disorder providers while co-managing a significant annual summit. Earlier experience as a project manager at Partnership to End Addiction involved leading a team in creating educational content and training sessions. Kathryn holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Northeastern University, with additional education in vocal performance.
