Folkert Veenstra

Folkert Veenstra is an experienced volunteer with a long-standing commitment to various organizations, including the Liberal Democrats since March 2015 and Amnesty International since January 2004, focusing on legal research and policy initiatives. Veenstra served as a Councillor for Welshpool Town Council from May 2017 to May 2022 and held the position of Trustee and Director at Accessibility Powys from April 2020 to April 2022, addressing the challenges faced by disabled individuals during the COVID-19 pandemic.
