Councillor And Education Lead For The Opposition On London Borough Of Richmond Council at Liberal Democrats

Penny Frost has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2007 as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) at Donhead Prep School. Penny then joined Real Training in 2009 as a NASENCO tutor. In 2014, Penny took on a new role as a Councillor and education lead for the opposition on the London Borough of Richmond Council, representing the Liberal Democrats.

Penny Frost attended Brockenhurst Grammar School from 1962 to 1972. Penny then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in English - comparative literature at the University of Essex.
