Sian Norris-Copson

Sian Norris-Copson is an experienced Parliamentary Assistant with a diverse background in event management, fundraising, and operations within political and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Parliamentary Assistant for Lord Chris Fox and Baroness Tyler of Enfield since 2019, Sian also holds a volunteer position as Party Conference Events and Exhibition Tours Manager for the Liberal Democrats, where responsibilities include organizing photo tours and various events. Past roles include fundraising consultant for high-profile Business Dinners and other events supporting the European Referendum campaign, as well as executive assistant at Newbridge Advisory and operations manager at the Education Policy Institute. Sian has extensive experience working in UK Parliament as Chief of Staff for Rt Hon Charles Kennedy MP and has held various positions involving event coordination and parliamentary consultancy. Sian Norris-Copson holds a BSc Hons degree in Politics from the University of Southampton, earned between 1984 and 1987.
