Bernadette Green, CISR, is a seasoned professional in insurance and business development, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, Inc. since May 2022. In this role, Bernadette directs the full marketing lifecycle and develops enterprise marketing strategies for multiple business entities, focusing on sales enablement and business growth. Prior to this, Bernadette held the position of Executive Vice President and Profit Center Leader at B&B Protector Plans Inc. for over 24 years, overseeing operations and marketing across various business units, particularly in the Professional Services Plans segment. Notable achievements include launching successful branding strategies, obtaining endorsements for professional associations, and significantly increasing program growth and profitability. Bernadette earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Marketing from Florida Southern College.
