Sharie Hyder

Sharie Hyder, PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, currently serves as the Employee Benefits Manager at The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, LLC, since October 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Sharie has previously held senior management positions, including Senior Human Resources Manager at Grange Insurance Association, where responsibilities encompassed managing employee experience, compensation structures, and benefits programs. Sharie's career includes roles in major organizations such as DreamBox Learning, City University of Seattle, and Nordstrom, focusing on HR project management, compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration. Sharie holds a BA in Spanish, International Studies, and Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, as well as a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bellevue College and a Certificate in Compensation Studies from eCornell.
