Don West joined TLC in October of 2015 as an Automation Consultant, representing the Library•Solution product line. His success with TLC customers in the southern and midwest regions prompted his promotion to a nationwide position as the primary Automation Consultant for the CARL•Solution platform, where he successfully grew the customer base before moving into his current role. Mr. West has held Management level positions throughout his career and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia.
