Nancy Solis

Nancy Solis currently serves as the HR Manager of Performance and Coaching at The Lifetime Value Co. since October 2021, where responsibilities include onboarding, fostering company culture, and employee performance management. Prior experience includes various roles at Mondelēz International from June 2016 to October 2021, including Employee Relations Advisor and North America Talent Coordinator Team Leader, as well as positions at Western Union from October 2011 to June 2016. Nancy holds a Tecnico Universitario in Desarrollo y Gestión del Personal from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and a Bachelor's degree in Psicología del Trabajo from Universidad Hispanoamericana.
