Xingying Peng

Xingying Peng is a seasoned professional in the lighting design field, currently serving as the Director of Programming at ALC - Asian Lighting Community since May 2023, focusing on supporting Asian professionals in the architectural lighting industry. At The Lighting Practice, Xingying has progressed from Lighting Intern to Lighting Designer I and II, contributing to various projects across corporate, academic, and exterior facade designs. Previous roles include English Mandarin Translator for The Script Road - Macau Literary Festival and various production and translation positions at Yumcha Studios and Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company. Xingying holds a Master's degree in Lighting Design from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Hampshire College.
