Rob D'Alonzo has a diverse work experience in the mental health field. Rob started their career in 1998 as the Director of Crisis Response Center and Admissions at Friends Hospital. In 2007, they moved to Path and served as the Director of a Residential Treatment Facility for Aging Out Adolescents. Then, in 2011, they joined The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth as the Chief Clinical Officer.
Rob D'Alonzo has a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Syracuse University. Rob is also a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The Lincoln Center (TLC), established in 1970 by a behavioral health hospital and incorporated in 1983 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is an entrepreneurial social enterprise dedicated to transforming lives and communities—one moment, one choice, one connection at a time. Headquartered in Pennsylvania, TLC operates across multiple states, delivering K-12 alternative education, comprehensive mental and behavioral health services, coaching, counseling, and trauma-informed training. TLC also partners with school districts, universities, hospitals, police departments, and other nonprofit organizations, providing consultation to secure federal and state grant funding.
