Sara is currently the VP of Human Resources at The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth, where they oversee HR strategies to support the company's mission and growth goals. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources at the same organization. Sara Dryka, MS, SHRM-SCP completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communications, with a focus on Interpersonal Communication, from the University of Delaware. Sara then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

Headquartered in Pennsylvania, TLC operates across multiple states, delivering K-12 alternative education, comprehensive mental and behavioral health services, coaching, counseling, and trauma-informed training. TLC also partners with school districts, universities, hospitals, police departments, and other nonprofit organizations, providing consultation to secure federal and state grant funding.
