Steven Forstneger is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser currently working as a Senior advisor at Opteon and also the Founder of Ess-Fo, a new-music and music reviews channel. Steven has extensive experience in the field, having previously worked at companies such as The Line of Best Fit, Beats Per Minute, and The Metron Group/Valucentric. Steven has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed a trainee program in Real Estate Appraisal at the Chicago Chapter Of The Appraisal Institute.
