Katelyn Osland

Katelyn Osland is a Human Resources Generalist at The Link Minnesota, where responsibilities include providing HR support for a nonprofit organization focused on aiding youth facing homelessness, sexual exploitation, and juvenile justice issues. Previously, Katelyn served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Marco Technologies, overseeing the onboarding process for over 250 candidates within a year. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Manager at Robert Half, managing full-cycle recruiting, and completing a legislative internship with the Minnesota Senate, where research and administrative support were provided. Katelyn's career began at Ulta Beauty as a M.A.C. Sales Associate. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Minnesota and has education from the University of Minnesota Morris and Shanley High School.
