Gregor Vucajnk

Gregor Vucajnk has extensive work experience in the field of networking technology. Gregor is currently working at Linksys as the VP of Product Development and Product Architecture. Prior to this, they were the Head of Product Architecture at Linksys as well.

Before joining Linksys, Gregor worked at Extreme Networks, where they held the positions of Senior Director & Lead - Native Cloud Development for Emerging Markets and Director of Product Management, Cloud BU. In these roles, they focused on building and operating Microservices and Serverless environments, as well as leading cross-functional teams and managing product line management.

Gregor also worked at Aerohive Networks, where they held various roles including Director of Software PLM, Director of Technical Marketing, Sr. Manager of Knowledge Services, and Global Technical Training Manager. Gregor was responsible for transforming the conventional waterfall Product Line Management team structure to an agile-based PLM team, increasing efficiency, and resolving conflicts between teams.

Additionally, Gregor was a co-founder and technical advisor at Aero-IT distribution d.o.o. and worked at ARRIS as a Senior WLAN design specialist. Gregor also had roles at Svetovanje za brezzicne telekomunikacije Gregor Vucajnk s.p., DSC d.o.o., Nevron d.o.o., and iGV d.o.o.

Gregor Vucajnk has a diverse education history. Gregor attended the University of Ljubljana from 1999 to 2004, where they studied Kineziology. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2000, they attended Gimnazija Ljubljana Šiška, where they obtained their V degree as a gimnazijski maturant. In their earlier years, from 1986 to 1994, they attended OŠ Brežice, although the degree name and field of study for this period are unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Gregor has also obtained several certifications. In 2014, they completed the "Programming for Everybody (Python)" course and received a certificate from Coursera. In 2022, they completed the "Applied Data Science Program" from MIT Professional Education.
